Pumpkin Cupcakes ~For the chocolate cake part use the link to get to the Betty Crocker Cake Mix I used for this recipe: https://www.bettycrocker.com/products/betty-crocker-baking-and-cake-mixes/milk-chocolate ~ Ingredients (For Chocolate Cupcakes):   3 eggs 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 1 1/4 cup of water Recipe (For Chocolate Cupcakes):   Put eggs, vegetable oil, water, and cake mix into a bowl. Hand mix for two minutes quickly or mix with electric hand mixer on medium until all of the bumps are gone. Put into cupcake pan with (Preferably green) cupcake liners. Bake on 350F for about 15-20 minutes. Berry Pie + Crust Recipe

~Berry Pie + Crust Recipe~            Ingredients {For Crust}:   2 cups flour 1/2 t. salt 1 stick Crisco 1 T. vinegar 7 T. Cold water Recipe {For Crust}: Combine flour + Salt and cut one cup of Crisco into the mix. Make sure it is crumbly.  Add vinegar into the water and gradually add to mixture. The pie should be soft but not too sticky.  Gently place into pan and make sure if their are rips to mend them together. Set aside the spare dough. Ingredients {For Pie}: 6 cups frozen Marion berry 1 cup sugar 1 t. lemon juice 3 T. cornstarch  1/2 water Recipe: Put berries, sugar, and lemon juice into pan and mix over medium heat. Add 3 T. cornstarch mixed with water until blended. Pour into berry mixture and bring to boil until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour into pie crust shell. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Recipe: 1/2 cup of butter {One stick}   1/2 cup of granulated sugar    1/4 cup of brown sugar {Packed}    2 teaspoons of vanilla extract   1 large egg   1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour    1/2 teaspoon of baking soda   1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt   2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips   Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Microwave butter until soft, not melted. In a large bowl mix butter and sugars. Then, stir in vanilla and egg. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mix until combined. Dough should be soft and a little bit sticky. Stir in chocolate ships. Scoop out rounded balls onto pan. HOT FUDGE SAUCE 1/2 cup of butter 1 T. flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 can {5 oz.} evaporated milk 1 t. vanilla Recipe: In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the flour and cocoa until well combined. Add sugar and milk. Return to heat and stir until sugar is completly dissolved. Then, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Let sauce stand for a few minuted until slightly cooled and thickened. Serve over ice cream. {Best with vanilla} If you have extra you can put it into an airtight container and store in a refrigerator. It will keep for a few weeks.    Stars: 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐.5 My Opinion: I like this because of how easy it is to make and how few ingredients it takes. The only reason I put it as 3.5 stars is because of how careful you have to be to make sure all of the grains of sugar are melted, or else when you reach the bottom of the containers it can get very chunky. No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Recipe:  1/2 cups of butter or margarine   1/2 cups of milk   2 cups of sugar    1/2 t. salt   1/4 cups of cocoa powder   1 1/2 t. vanilla   3 cups of quick cooking oatmeal   In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add milk, sugar, and cocoa. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil for about two minutes. After, turn off the heat and mix in the oatmeal, salt, and vanilla.
