Hot Fudge Sauce

HOT FUDGE SAUCE

1/2 cup of butter

1 T. flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 can {5 oz.} evaporated milk

1 t. vanilla

Recipe:

In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the flour and cocoa until well combined. Add sugar and milk. Return to heat and stir until sugar is completly dissolved. Then, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Let sauce stand for a few minuted until slightly cooled and thickened.

Serve over ice cream. {Best with vanilla}

If you have extra you can put it into an airtight container and store in a refrigerator. It will keep for a few weeks.

 Stars: 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐.5

My Opinion:

I like this because of how easy it is to make and how few ingredients it takes. The only reason I put it as 3.5 stars is because of how careful you have to be to make sure all of the grains of sugar are melted, or else when you reach the bottom of the containers it can get very chunky. For this my only advice is to be careful when adding the ingredients and to make sure the sugar is melted enough.

I hope that you try out my post and if you like my few posts so far don't be hesitant to follow for more recipes. Have a good day/night or whenever your reading this!
