Pumpkin Cupcakes
Ingredients (For Chocolate Cupcakes):
3 eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup of water
Recipe (For Chocolate Cupcakes):
Put eggs, vegetable oil, water, and cake mix into a bowl. Hand mix for
two minutes quickly or mix with electric hand mixer on medium until all
of the bumps are gone. Put into cupcake pan with (Preferably green)
cupcake liners. Bake on 350F for about 15-20 minutes. Take out and let
cool until frosted.
Ingredients (For Frosting):
Vanilla
Milk
One Bag of Powdered Sugar
One Stick of Crisco
Green and Orange Food Dye
Extras:
Pretzel Sticks
Orange Sprinkles
Recipe (For Frosting):
Put 4 cups of powdered sugar, a splash of milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla,
and the stick of Crisco. Mix until well blended. If stiff add more
milk. If not sweet enough add more sugar. Then, set a bit aside and dye
it green. With the rest of it dye it orange. Take a frosting tip with a
bit of swirl and carefully frost the cupcakes in a swirl. When done
frosting, break a pretzel in half and put it in the middle of the
cupcake. Then, make leaves or vine shapes with the green frosting.
Lastly, sprinkle the orange sprinkles on the cupcake.

My Opinion:
I though these ended up really cute and I think they are awesome! But to
do these you have to have a few hours and you can't be opposed to a lot
of cleaning. I would say it took me about 3 and a half hours to
complete these. Yet like I said they turned out really cute, they would
be perfect for a Halloween party also.

P.S: You can decorate the cupcake tray just like I did! I used
lollipops, tissue paper, a sharpie, Popsicle sticks, and a hot glue gun.
It was easy and made a big difference with the presentation.
